Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Tablespoon dairy-free butter substitute
1 can cream style corn
1 can pumpkin purée
1 can milk*
1 Tablespoon fresh sage leaves, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
Dash of black pepper
Instructions
In a 2-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes until golden in color and aromatic.
Add corn and stir.
Add pumpkin, milk and seasonings.
Stir and simmer until soup just begins to come to a boil; add sage and stir.
