Paleo & GF Friendly Protein Doughnuts……WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?

- 2 Cups Protein Powder (Paleo friendly Whey if you are following the Paleo diet)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Cacao Nibs
- 1 Box Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding (If you are following Paleo diet you can omit)
- ¾ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 3 Egg Whites (do NOT use liquid egg whites)
- 2 pinches of Love
- Preheat oven to 350F/176C/Gas Mark 4
- Grease Doughnut Tin with Coconut Oil
- Mix together protein powder, pudding, baking powder, cacao powder and Cacao Nibs
- In another bowl mix together Pumpkin puree and egg whites
- Now, mix wet and dry ingredients together by hand
- Place batter in individual tins
- Bake 8-10 minutes or as long as necessary to cook through
- Enjoy with someone you LOVE
******I only use Paleo Friendly Protein Powder.Please keep in mind that many different philosophies exist on the rules surrounding the Paleo Lifestyle.
