Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips and blend well. Fold in chocolate chips. Divide batter among 12 muffin cups – use liners or spray muffin pan. Bake for 14-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Frost with your favorite frosting or eat just as it is.
