Easy Gluten Free Banana Pancakes
- 1 partially ripe banana
- 1 large egg
- Fresh or Thawed Berries
STEP 1 Turn the stove on medium high. Melt the butter in skillet and spread around until surface is evenly covered
STEP 2 Mash the Banana (using a fork) in a medium sized bowl until there are no banana clumps. Then add the egg and beat in.
STEP 3 Pour batter into the Skillet to form 3 pancakes. Sprinkle on cinnamon. Brown then flip over. Cook until they are golden brown and centers are cooked. Watch out not to burn them.
STEP 4 Put the pancakes on a plate, pour on the honey, and top with the berries.
